I’ve been saying for years, “Stop calling it an Indian summer, that doesn’t exist anymore. The seasons are simply shifting; spring arrives earlier, summer ends later, fall is shorter and winter is no longer; depending on where you live it may be the other way around.”
Why is it shifting? I haven’t got a clue. What strikes me as odd is the fact that the world has been experiencing strange weather patterns for years, as far back as Bible times. So why on earth (literally) are we now treating it as a new phenomenon? Perhaps you can share your theories be it hoax, myth, conspiracy or facts; I’m open to all.
In the meantime, I’ll keep singing… “I’ve got sunshine on a wintry day. When it’s summer outside I’ve got forest fires. I guess you’d say. What can makes things happen this way? Global warming (global, global). Talkin’ ’bout global warming (global). Hey hey hey, Hey hey hey, Ooooh.”
